How do I become a member of Kid U Not?
Membership is free. You can join either by accepting an invitation from a friend or by requesting membership from Kid U Not's registration page. Join today.
When do Kid U Not Pop-Up Stores start?
We send our members a daily email to let them know when new Pop-Ups have begun and which brands are being featured. We also post new Pop-Up Stores to our Facebook page, so be sure to “Like” us on Facebook so you can keep up to date on all our news.
How long does a Pop-Up Store last?
New Pop-Up Stores launch daily and last for seven days and then they’re over. There’s always something new and you never quite know what you’ll find! There is a countdown timer displayed on the Pop-Up Store, so you’ll always know how much time you have left to shop.
How do I invite my friends to join Kid U Not?
Once you have logged in, look for the “Invite” icon at the top of any page. Enter the email addresses of the friends you want to invite, and we’ll do it for you. As a Kid U Not member you will enjoy a host of rewards when your friends join! Refer and earn. It’s so easy!
I invited my friends to Kid U Not. Where’s my referral credits?
Referral credits are earned when the friend you invited registers with Kid U Not using the link in the invitation you sent them and then places an order with Kid U Not and that order has been shipped to them. If your friend doesn’t use the link in your invitation when they register with us, or they haven’t ordered and had that order shipped, then no credit applies.
Can I put items from multiple Pop-Up Stores in my shopping cart?
Absolutely! You can place items from Pop-Up Stores, The General Store and Shop the Story, with shipping charged at a flat rate of $9.90 storewide.
How do I know my child's size?
Please see our size charts which are a guide only and should be used as an approximation only. Children grow at different stages. Even though we’ve tried to display the chart as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that it is absolutely correct as sizes in clothing vary between manufacturers, style, cut and countries.
I missed the Pop-Up Store I was excited about. Can I still shop the Pop-Up?
Unfortunately, once a Pop-Up finishes, the items are no longer available for purchase. But you’ll no doubt find plenty to whet your appetite in other Pop-Up Stores, The General Store and ever-changing Shop the Story features.
What are my payment options on Kid U Not?

Is using my credit card online safe?
We take your online security very seriously. That's why we process credit card payments through MerchantWarrior, an industry leading payment gateway and registered PCI DSS compliant service provider. MerchantWarrior’s security standards ensure that all credit card data is encrypted and secured.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
Please allow 7 – 14 business days delivery for products you purchase in our Pop-Up Stores. You’ll be pleased to know that you should receive products you purchase in The General Store and Shop the Story features within 3 – 5 business days.
Can I track my order?
After your order is shipped from the Kid U Not warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We always aim to surprise and delight but if you have received an incorrect or damaged order, the items are eligible for return and refund. We simply require them to be returned unused and in their original packaging. If you have an eligible return, please email us at returns@kidunot.com. Be sure to include your order number, date of purchase and details of the incorrect order or damage. A member of our customer care team will reply with detailed instructions and make sure everything’s resolved as quickly as possible.
How do I unsubscribe to Kid U Not’s email?
If you ever want to unsubscribe, it’s easy. Simply click on the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of every email. You'll be taken directly to a page where we confirm that you have been removed from our database.
