What do you mean by $9.90 flat rate shipping storewide?
One of the best parts of the Kid U Not shopping experience is that you can shop across our Pop-Up Stores, The General Store and ever-changing Shop the Story features and simply check out when you’re finished.
In your Shopping Cart, you’ll see that a flat rate shipping fee of $9.90 will appear.
Remember, if you spend $100 or more, shipping is FREE!
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 7 – 14 business days delivery for products you purchase in our Pop-Up Stores. You’ll be pleased to know that you should receive products you purchase in The General Store and Shop the Story features within 3 – 5 business days.
Is a signature required on delivery?
Yes. If you aren’t at home at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left to advise where the parcel is being held, so that you can arrange a suitable re-delivery time or collection.
Has my order been shipped yet?
A confirmation email will be sent to you advising when your order has been shipped and its tracking details.
Incorrect delivery address/return parcels
If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, the flat rate of $9.90 will apply to send it again. Please note that we do not deliver to Post Office boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
Our service is currently only Australia-wide, but watch this space as we’d love to be able to service international customers in the future.
