Ever wondered what happens to all those drink containers and milk jugs that you put in your recycling every week? Well RePlay has taken these and turned them into brand new products! Of course, every product has met strict FDA food contact requirements, and as well as being good for the environment, they’re good for you and your children; they’re BPA-free, Phthalate-free, and PVC-free. It’s one of the easiest plastics to recycle, and can be recycled again and again!

Just in case you’re interested in finding out more about how the Re-Play products are made, here’s a quick summary. Re-Play is made in the USA. All the recycling is sourced locally, and the end products are manufactured, assembled, packaged and tested locally, reducing their carbon footprint. After the recycler hauls away empty milk bottles and other recycling items, they are flattened and sorted. Re-Play’s supplier carefully sorts and selects appropriate containers, grinds them up into flakes, which are thoroughly cleaned, dried and colour-sorted. Then the little flakes are melted and made into pellets, which are then moulded into new products. Voila!
