Each Shopping Event lasts up to 7 days. At the end of the Shopping Event, we then allow 7 – 14 days for your order to be dispatched and delivered to you. You’ll receive your parcel for each Shopping Event separately as each Event finishes on a different day.

It’s worth the wait! It means we can bring you an ever-changing array of brands and products and you get to enjoy attractive savings.

Kid U Not accepts Visa or Mastercard, with other payment options coming soon.

• Member places an order with Kid U Not
• Shopping event closes and Kid U Not places all orders for that Event directly with the brand
• The brand packs and ships all items ordered to Kid U Not's warehouse
• Kid U Not completes quality and quantity inspections once merchandise is received from brand
• Kid U Not prepares orders for shipment
• Orders are dispatched from Kid U Not’s warehouse for shipping
• Kid U Not member receives an email from Kid U Not with their tracking number

After your order is shipped from the Kid U Not warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number.

Because of the limited-time Shopping Events that you enjoy at Kid U Not, and our unique relationship with our suppliers, we cannot usually accept returns or exchanges.

For items that are eligible for return and refund, Kid U Not must receive the item unused and in its original packaging. Items are eligible for return and refund if they are incorrect or damaged orders (this is something we work really hard to avoid!).

If you have an eligible return,email customercare@kidunot.com. Be sure to include your order number, date of purchase and details of the incorrect order or damage. A member of our customer care team will reply with detailed instructions and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
